Annings of Ilkley is a long-established retailer of photographic equipment, providing the highest standards of service. We aim to provide the same standards in our new online sales operation.

Stock and Availability

Annings can source a huge variety of photographic products.
And we aim to give you the widest possible choice on our web site.
We cannot have all these items in stock all the time.
If an item is out of stock we will advise you as soon as we can after receipt of your order, with an estimated delivery date.

Prices

Prices are in GB Pounds, and include VAT but do not include delivery (below).
Our prices are pitched as keenly as possible, but please do allow for the fact that we hope to provide a high standard of service.

We try to ensure that prices on our website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Acceptance of your order

The 'confirmation' stage is for you to confirm the final details of your order (it does not confirm our acceptance of your order). We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered: this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Annings. Acceptance of your order will take place on our despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Payment

For increased security, Annings uses SECPay to handle online payments.
All Payments require 3D Secure authorisation.

Delivery

Delivery will be by Fastway Couriers . Alternatively, we may use Royal Mail Special Delivery, to mainland UK, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands, but not to the Channel Islands, Southern Ireland or mainland Europe, or abroad.
Most items will cost £6 to reflect this high quality service.
Small items (e.g. memory cards, lens caps) may be delivered for £3

All products are provided with standard manufacturer's warranties.

If you provide an email address with your order you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your order. (Please ensure that email from us sales@annings.com is not obstructed by any 'spam' protection you may use).
If the order can be depatched immediately you will receive confirmation.

Security

All sales transactions are on a secure web server.
Your details, including your email address, will not be passed on to anyone outside Annings of Ilkley.

WEEE Compliance

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. Annings is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new electrical or electronic product from us.
